Greatness Beyond Measure History

Currently, the program is supported by Greatness Beyond Measure (Executive Producer), Ringling College of Art and Design (Co-Executive Producer), and  BMW Sarasota (Partnering Sponsor). The “Greatness Beyond Measure” Community Choir, affectionately called  “GBM,” was also established during the formative years of the summit. Since its inception, GBM has had the incredible opportunity to open for the multi-Grammy award-winning recording artist Kirk Franklin, Myron Butler, Dorinda Clark-Cole, The Clark Sisters, Myron Butler, James Hall, Lucinda Moore, Todd Hall, American Idol Top Finalist Syesha Mercado, Fonzworth Bentley, Hollywood Producer Will Packer and professional jazz musician BK Jackson. GBM has also appeared on BET’s Top-rated show Bobby Jones Gospel, a nationally syndicated television show that airs weekly on BET & The WORD network. GBM has also participated two CD projects, Dr. Mariea Watkins’ “Soon” and RJ Thompson’s “Yes, It is So”.
